Dear Parent/ Guardian,

1. The school is organizing an excursion to Dalhousie and Khajjiar in collaboration with “Cox & Kings” from 09 May to 13 May, 2012 for the students of classes VII, VIII and IX.

2. This camp involves various fun filled activities like Nature walk , local sightseeing etc.

3. Students will travel by train (sleeper class) between New Delhi – Pathankot – New Delhi and AC Coaches (Buses) between Pathankot – Dalhousie - Pathankot.

4. Students will stay in hotel on quad sharing basis.

5. Detailed information will be provided in first week of May 2012.

6. Limited seats on First come First serve basis.

7. No Refund of money will be made on cancellation from student’s side.

8. The trip would be cancelled if sufficient response is not received.

Please let us know your consent for your ward’s participation by duly filling in the Undertaking and Indeminity Bond along with a cross cheque of Rs. 4650/- in favour of “Navy Children School” to be deposited with Mrs. Sujala latest by 1100 hrs of 26 April 2012. Also, do mention your ward’s name, class and section behind the cheque. This circular has been also emailed via P2C and is also available at the school reception.

The school is organizing an adventure camp at Camp Pine Riviera ,Padampuri, Nanital in collaboration with “The New Horizon Adventures” from 08 May to 11 May, 2012 for students of classes IV, V and VI.

1. This camp involves various fun filled adventure activities like Nature walk, Commando obstacles, Cliff Jumping, Jumaring, River crossing, River fording, Rappelling, Bonfire etc.

2. Students will travel by train (3 AC/ Chair Car) between New Delhi – Kathgodam – New Delhi and Coaches (Buses) or Jeep between Kathgodam – Padampuri (camp site) - Kathgodam.

3. Detailed information will be provided in first week of May 2012.

4. Limited seats on First come First serve basis.

5. No Refund of money will be made on cancellation from student’s side.

6. The trip would be cancelled if sufficient response is not received.

(12040, on arrival transfer to Padampuri (approx. 1.5 hours’ drive to the campsite). Short briefing. Lunch Nature walk, Team formation, Team activities, Evening snacks, Bonfire, Dinner.
09 May 2012	Wake-up call with morning tea, Morning exercise, Breakfast, Commando obstacles, Cliff Jumping, Lunch. Adventure Activities (Jumaring & Suspension Method of River Crossing ), Evening snacks, Bonfire, Cultural programs by the participants, Dinner.

2. This camp involves various fun filled adventure activities like Trekking, Rock climbing, Rappelling, Rpoe activities, Jumaring, Navigation and Hiking, River crossing etc.

3. Students will travel by AC coaches (Buses) and will be accommodated in tents at camp site.

4. Detailed information will be provided in first week of May 2012.

5. Limited seats on First come First serve basis.

6. No Refund of money will be made on cancellation from student’s side.
